nana + marnie
marnie made the big move to oregon last week and
was a total trooper! jackie LOVED visiting marnie and
nana at their hotel, playing with their remotes, pretending
to sleep in their bed and swimming at the hotel pool.

farewell dinner
we went to asia manoa for our last night in hawaii dinner.
nana made a guest appearance, and jackie decided
drinking sweet and sour sauce and
eating rice with the serving spoon was the right thing to do.
i will be dreaming of cake noodle until we visit again. yum!

mother's day
thad and jackson made us breakfast, regaled us with gifts,
took us for lunch at russell street bbq, followed
by a mini cupcake pit stop @ saint cupcake.
i was able to sneak in an afternoon nap and thad
followed all THAT with a kal bi dinner feast!
a perfect day.

nana + farmer's market= fun!
nana came to see us for mother's day weekend!
we lucked out and got our farmer's market
rounds in during one of the only sun breaks
of the entire weekend. highlight of the market
was my 'hot hood' sandwich @ pbj's.
almond butter, jam, jalapenos and bacon...believe it!
food coma in sandwich form...a taste sensation!
