we finally took jackie to see his first movie in a theater. madagascar 3 was a big hit...once the popcorn ran out we did a bit of walking around, dancing in the aisles and changing seats, but all in all- super fun!

i went to nyc for a work trip...it was hot, humid and at times rainy...but we still managed to eat, drink and shop our way around the city....

coast daytrip

to escape the heat in town, we drove out to the coast for the day. after lunch at mo's, we hit up cannon beach, then headed south to arch cape and finally, manzanita. a super fun way to spend a summer sunday.
