the big 6-0!

seattle

we took jackson on a roadtrip to seattle
to celebrate his 1/2 birthday!!!! ha...just kidding.
but we did go to seattle. we had lots of fun-
stayed at the hotel max downtown,
prammed it up at pike's, watched the guys throw
big fish around and checked out all the awesome looking
fruit, veggies and flowers....the boy's even waited
for me while i took a quick spin around h&m.
we hit up the happy hour sushi menu at red fin- it was dee-lish!!!!
lychee sake= soooo good.
and i must say jackson likes a hotel as much as his
parents do- he slept a good 10 hours...woo hoo!
must be the a/c and blackout curtains?!

6 months old!

happy 1/2 birthday jackson!!!
wow- time does fly when you're having fun i guess!?!
lots has happened in the last month...
newest tricks and cool things:

2 teeth! the bottom ones...adorable!
rolling over back to front
sitting up alone (sometimes...not QUITE there yet, but soon)
drinking from a sippy cup
exersaucer-ing...alot. he LOVES it.
eating real food: rice cereal, banana in a bag and applesauce
saying BABABABABA
laughing aka LOL
noticing mister & wanting to pet him
chewing on sophie the giraffe
going on hikes in the ergo
road trips
staying in fancy hotels

japanese garden

do we like a garden around here or WHAT?!
we also went to the japanese garden, since
it's in the same park as the rose gardens, and
we DO love a tram ride! we were very impressed-
this was for sure my favorite stop on our pacific
nw garden extravaganza...
