is frog lake. there was a small beach and
jackson loved splashing in the water and making friends

jackson is really into shoes these days.
he recently learned how to say shoe and feet
(pronounced with a swedish accent-like "sveeete").
here he is trying to put on my shoes...this
activity kept him entertained for a good half hour.

the heits came over to check out our new digs.
the boys liked rambling around the yard, jackson
LOVED jadyn and wanted her to hug him and pick
him up all night, and we had dual bathtime for campbell
and jackson- which mostly consisted of campbell
dumping water on jackie's head and jackson loving it.

the schmids came to stay with us- our very first house guests
at our new abode. so great to take a break from all our
moving, packing, unpacking and general chaos and hang out!
as you can see, i didn't get ANY pics of the boys together,
they don't really sit still these days for photo shoots quite like
they used to...

the heits are in pdx!! yay!!!! it has been a whole
year since our last visit with them?! waaaay too long.
it's always amazing with good friends how you can just pick up
right where you left off. jbird is getting so grown up-
she actually watched (aka chased) the boys
while we hung out, caught up and had a beer. so nice!!!!
