on the town with flying colors. we were a little nervous
when we saw the white table cloths & candles flickering...
the highlight of the meal was jackson laughing along
to our jokes and the banana cream malasadas. YUM!

we finally ventured downtown to check out the
portland farmer's market on saturday.
there were TONS of people there and
lots of local fruit, veggies, flowers, and treats to buy.
my favorite purchase was dave's "sin dawg" cinnamon bread.
oh man. do everything you can to track some down asap!!!
we even ran into our friends the forrests at the market. lots of fun.

sunday brunch

the stinsons were in town for the weekend
and we were able to squeeze in a brunch date
with them at portofino in sellwood. so fun to see auntie fonse
for the 2nd time this year, and for uncle josh to
FINALLY meet his nephew!!!!

we had a fun and relaxing easter sunday here.
jackson woke up to a pile of loot from the easter bunny
and spent the day filling up his new shopping cart and
trying to put the plastic eggs back together.
ahhh the simple things in life....
